MyTeam Diary ("we", "us") is a team productivity app that helps team leaders and their members organise daily habits, tasks, training and follow-ups. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using MyTeam Diary you agree to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we need to run MyTeam Diary (for example, email delivery and hosting providers), only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us, and where required by law.
Within the app, team-related data is visible only inside your own organisation, following the roles and sharing settings described above. Organisations cannot see each other's data.
We keep your information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@getmyteamdiary.com. We will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected users of significant incidents as required by law.
MyTeam Diary is intended for business and team use and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above; material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email.
